SMS Terms and Conditions
Terran Through Milestones offers appointment reminder text messages to patients and caregivers who opt in. If you consent, you will receive a reminder before each scheduled physical therapy appointment, and you may reply to confirm.

Program Description
This is an informational appointment reminder program for existing patients and their caregivers. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on this program.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our patient intake form and providing a mobile number. The checkbox is not pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Up to 2 messages per scheduled appointment, one approximately 3 days before your visit and one approximately 1 day before. Frequency varies with your appointment schedule. You may also receive a reply confirming that we received your response.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Terran Through Milestones does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting Out
You may opt out by replying STOP to any message, or by calling or emailing us at any time. Opting out will not affect your child’s care.
What Our Messages Contain
Reminders include the appointment date and time and how to confirm or reschedule. They do not include a diagnosis, treatment information, clinical details, or a child’s name.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
This program is supported by major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and cannot be guaranteed.
