Terran Through Milestones is a home-health pediatric PT practice in San Diego specializing in early intervention for children ages 0 to 3. We’re contracted with the San Diego Regional Center and actively credentialing with TRICARE to serve military families across San Diego.

We’re looking for part-time PTs, OTs, and SLPs who want flexible caseloads, meaningful work with babies and toddlers, and support from a practice that actually gives a damn about documentation being sane.

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed (or license-eligible) PT, OT, or SLP in California
Comfortable with home-based visits across San Diego County
Early intervention experience preferred, not required if you’re eager to learn
Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within your chosen service regions
Clean, consistent documentation habits (we’ll give you the templates)

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Part Time • Home Health

Feeding, sensory, and developmental OT for infants and toddlers.

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC-SLP)

Part Time • Home Health

Early language, feeding, and communication support for ages 0 to 3.
