Terran is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in early intervention for children ages 0 to 3. He founded Terran Through Milestones after years of watching families struggle to access pediatric PT in traditional clinic settings. His approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and built around what parents can actually do between visits.
A Navy veteran (active duty 2010 to 2017, Reserves until 2021) and military spouse to an active duty sailor, Terran brings a military family’s perspective to every visit. Off the clock, he’s usually rebuilding a playlist, chasing his own toddler around, or tinkering with something technical that didn’t need tinkering with.
Cassandra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who found her way into pediatrics through her own daughter, watching each developmental stage unfold up close. She brings a movement-first lens to early intervention, shaped by years as a Pilates instructor, with care that’s playful, evidence-informed, and built around what parents can do between visits.
A California native and Navy spouse, Cassandra knows military family life from the inside, making her a natural fit for families on base and with Child Development Center access. Off the clock, she’s working on an active lifestyle, chasing her four-year-old around the park, or recharging with good friends and good times.
