TTM was founded by Terran, a Navy veteran who served on active duty from 2010 to 2017 and in the Reserves until 2021. His wife, Alexis, is still serving on Active Duty. Our team includes military spouses who live the same realities you do. We know deployments, solo-parenting stretches, and what it’s like to coordinate a kid’s care when one parent is gone and the pediatrician is 45 minutes off-base.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Navy veteran, and a milspouse. I started Terran Through Milestones because early intervention shouldn’t mean a six-month waitlist or a clinic across town with a two-year-old in a car seat.
If something feels off: your baby isn’t rolling, tummy time is a war, a hip click, a head turn. Text me. If it’s nothing, I’ll say so. If it’s something, we’ll start before it becomes a bigger something.
